The Plaid Daisy is located in the same building with Family Medical Equipment & Supply. We are minutes from all 3 hospitals in Peoria.  Parking & entrance located in back of the building.

From the South & East:
If you are traveling from downtown Peoria or 74E, take Knoxville Ave. until it meets Nebraska Ave.  The Plaid Daisy is located on the left side on the corner of Knoxville & Nebraska.  Take a left at this light & then another immediate left into the parking lot.  The entrance to The Plaid Daisy is in the rear parking lot.

From the West:
Take 74W to the North University Exit.  Take a left onto N. University and then a right on Nebraska.  You will see the parking lot on the right side of the road, located just before Nebraska runs into Knoxville Ave.
